From the moment you enter the Grace Land Sales and information Office you are greeted with a smile, a warm welcome to your potential new home. This is just second nature to our sales team and a small sample of our outstanding overall customer service experience.  

Time and again, customers have told us how amazing our sales team are. Right from the very beginning, we support you with helpful information, explaining all the possibilities available within the area, what is happening in the market and the new infrastructure that is being developed around it.

We invest time in understanding your individual needs and build personal relationships with you. From there, we provide ongoing support, assisting in whatever way we can, whether it be purchasing, choosing a builder, settlement or even getting acquainted with facilities in the area with the help of our private concierge service.
